With nearly 60 newly developed back-in sites, we have everything you need when traveling or living full-time in an RV. Our park offers a location easily accessible from anywhere in Dayton and is open year-round. Spacious, level sites allow for guests to hook up and settle in quickly, enjoying privacy and comfort no matter how long the stay.

Each RV site offers Wi-Fi, sewer, water, and 30 & 50 amp electric. Sites are level back-in sites, suitable for rigs up to 45 feet long. We are pet-and kid-friendly.
